Returns and Complaints

Returns/Exchange Policy:

Twinkles wants everyone to be 100% satisfied with each and every purchase. We accept returns of any non used items up to 3 days after you receive your item. Before you return your item, please contact us so that we can let you know how to return an item back to us. We will exchange your item or issue an equivalent amount of Gift voucher (deducting shipping cost). Shipping cost of returning products back to us will be borne by customer. 

In the rare occasion that your item has a defect, it must be brought to our attention within 3 days of purchase to have it exchanged. However, items damaged by misuse from the customer can not be returned or exchanged. For example, mold or mildew caused by soaking or putting necklace in washing machine can not be replaced. Teething rings that have cracked due to dropping or hitting hard objects will also not be replaced. It is the right of Twinkles to accept or deny any exchanges or returns.

Certain Accessories Cannot be returned/Exchanges. The stipulated conditions are as follows:

  • No order will be executed for the exchange of products more than once. We can surely change the product once, but the products once exchanged will not be exchanged again the second time.
  • Products that are sold as packs/combos cannot be returned as individual items.
  • With regard to products on special or season promotions, sale and stock clearance, no return or exchange shall be entertained.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used, washed etc..

Please note, Mold can occur if necklace (especially fabric one) is not hand washed & allowed to properly air/sun dry as recommended. Like all wooden products, they should never be submerged in water and left. (refer Safety & Handling Instructions
